Status of the Forum

As many of you know, the forum has been on a downward spiral for quite some time now. We also know that the members of this great site do not want to see this happening. Both CardsRule and myself have been taking steps to making sure that this site sticks around. But, we can't do it all by ourselves. There's a few people who have come back and that is fantastic. And its going to be up to you guys to help us get this site back to where it was and beyond. But we also think that you should know exactly what's going on, so, here's some of the options floating around.

One of the biggest things we want is to have Speedy come back. Now, we know that may not be possible, however, if it did, we think it would immensely help our situation. If we don't get him to come back, CardsRule and myself will split control of the site to make sure that 1 person isn't handling everything.

We want old members back. We also want new members as well. But, we feel that if we get a few more old members back, they can help get the site where it once was because they know what it was like. And the new members can help us take this beyond that.

If all else fails, we move. Now, this is the absolutely LAST resort. No one wants to move the site. I don't, Cards doesn't, and I'm sure you guys don't either. However, if all else fails, and we can't get administrative control, we may end up moving the site. It may help with our image because then we have a fresh site, fresh posts, fresh members, and fresh management. Again, its our very last resort, however, it is an idea that is floating out there.

I want to here from you, the few members who are still out there. What do you think we should do?

Also, everyone needs to recruit. Cards and I are doing our parts to help recruit members and its up to you to recruit as well. There's going to be a lot of things happening this summer, hopefully, and I think it'll help make this site great again.

Well I bet whether Speed commits to becoming an admin here or not he would sticky it on Direct Advertisement (740 members currently) and that would help us get a lot of members here.
